Join an experienced naturalist guide to track, study and photograph the abundant wintering wildlife and wolves found on the Northern Range of Yellowstone National Park. This winter wildlife safari will focus on finding and safely viewing Greater Yellowstone’s wintering wildlife, including the predators and big game of the region. Throughout the safari there is a chance to view and photograph wolves, coyote, fox, bald eagles, golden eagles, elk, bison, bighorn sheep, mule deer, pronghorn and mountain goats while learning about the geology, history and ecology of the Greater Yellowstone area. Please keep in mind that the tour route varies seasonally based on the group’s interest, road closures, and wildlife migration.

We provide expert fly fishing guide services on southwest Montana's most legendary trout streams. A full day is 8 hours and a half day is 4. We provide a great lunch and drinks as well as rods and reels if needed. We are located in Sheridan Montana which is perfectly located to right in the middle of the best trout fishing in Montana. We are lucky enough to have 5 major "Blue Ribbon" trout streams all within driving distance. The Madison. Big Hole, Beaverhead, Jefferson and Ruby Rivers are our "home water" which gives us the unique opportunity fish a different river each day of your stay! We choose the best river to fish depending on the conditions. Our guides will teach you the skills you need to know to catch that trophy Montana trout!

We will provide you with an expert fly fishing guide that will pick you up at your hotel if needed and transport you and your group to and from the river each day. We typically meet around 8:00 am and end around 5:00 pm. Your expert guide will drive to the specified ramp and prepare the boat and rods to fish, choose the method, the flies and where he will also teach any needed skills to get you fishing and catching ASAP. Your guide will navigate the drift boat to the fishiest water and make it as easy as possible to present your fly while coaching you on how to get the fly to fish properly and site the strike when it happens. Along the way he will point out any wildlife or notable attractions. As with any fishing situation, tangles and break offs are inevitable. Your guide will happily re tie untangle or your leader as many times as is needed. At the end of the day he will drop you off at your vehicle or hotel.

The Lake is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. June through September. An attendant is available to assist you in getting geared up with boats etc.  This rental pass includes a full day rental.  All boats can be used throughout the day and you are welcome to come and go if you have other activities planned in the area.  All boaters are required to wear a lifejacket while on the water.  Non participants are welcome to enjoy the beach area.  No dogs are allowed on the beach.  Fishing is available on the Lake and rental gear is available at the lake.  Adults are required to have a Montana Fishing License.  These are available locally but not at the Lake.
